About us
A different way to experience hospitality
Kokoa Hotel was born in 2019 with a vision to create a different kind of hospitality experience: warmer, more authentic, and deeply connected to the well-being of every guest.
From the beginning, we embarked on a journey of transformation guided by a new vision. We renewed our spaces, strengthened our services, and brought together a dedicated team committed to caring for every detail, making your experience memorable from the moment you arrive.
Over time, we have grown without losing sight of who we are. At Kokoa Hotel, we see hospitality as the art of welcoming you with warmth, providing comfort, and making every stay feel special.
Our story continues to evolve with passion, dedication, and a constant pursuit of excellence, offering you much more than a place to stay: a space where you can relax, disconnect, and feel truly welcome.
We invite you to discover the Kokoa experience, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed with you in mind.
Provide a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay through high-quality service, personalized attention, and spaces designed with your well-being in mind. All with a genuine commitment to caring for our surroundings and contributing to the local communities that welcome us.
Become a leading hospitality brand, recognized for the excellence of our hospitality, the authenticity of our experiences, and a way of growing that creates value in every destination. We aspire to inspire our guests by fostering a positive connection with the environment, local communities, and the unique essence of each place.
